Fundraising Standards Board

ok2b is a member of the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB), and is committed to the highest standards in fundraising practice. As such, we aim to adhere to the Fundraising Standards Board’s Fundraising Promise and the Codes of Fundraising Practice, as established by the Institute of Fundraising.

If you have a complaint about ok2b's fundraising, please send an email to ok2b addressed to the "Complaints Co-Ordinator".

ok2b adheres to FRSB's best practice principles, and commits to the following:
- 14 days to acknowledge a complaint

If you are dissatisfied with our response at the end of that process, you can refer the matter for further investigation to the FRSB (2 months is the time period which the complainant has to refer the complaint to the FRSB).

ok2b - Beliefs

• It is ok2b different, challenging and individual, or in fact whatever a person is.
• All human beings are equal.
• The injustice of mental health discrimination is one of the last great taboos, and the world must do all it can to overcome the problem.
• People’s vulnerability to mental health issues is made worse by poor employment practices, and (for example) in England and Wales the Disability Discrimination Act needs to be rigorously adhered to.
• People with mental health problems make a significant contribution to society.
• Many of the greatest humans ever to have lived, or who are alive today, have experienced mental health problems.
• We are passionate about social, environment, human rights, disability rights & ethical trade issues.

ok2b - Identity

• ok2b is a UK Registered Charity (no 1112552) with international aspirations.

ok2b - Culture

ok2b seeks to be:

• Ethical
• Ambitious
• Tenacious
• Making a difference
• A catalyst for change
• Innovative
• Collaborative
• Inclusive
• Forward thinking
• Distinctive

ok2b - Outcomes

We hope that mental health will be spoken about in the future more openly, knowledgeably and without fear or prejudice. ok2b seeks to be a major catalyst for this change, so that:
• those affected are free from prejudice and misunderstanding;
• employees are treated fairly;
• better facilities and treatment are available to all affected;
• the public are better informed as to how to prevent mental health problems.

There will be a day when mental health discrimination will be a thing of the past.
